  1. Do what’s best for the client’s company, even if it means selling against one of our own products. A long term fan is worth more to us than a single sale. Generally for custom installations, pretend you are the company owner (of our client’s company) – what would you recommend? If inexpensive and low risk, do it, then have client confirm, if expensive or risk, get the client confirmation but make a concrete recommendation. In all cases, help the client.
